I write simply to express my appreciation for all the prompt and courteous assistance that you have provided me, a novice at this sort of thing, in getting the two sites up and running. You’ve made it easy on me. I have also had occasion to deal with Siteserver’s billing department, and was provided the same prompt and courteous service. Because of the great service you provide, I recommend Siteserver to anyone who asks me about a good hosting company. Thanks again for everything.

The following tutorial describes how to configure WhiteList a Domain name or email address in Smartermail

  • Open up a web browser and Go to http://cp.siteserver.net.
  • You will want to login into the Domain Control Panel, which is the domain login section.  You will use your domain name and FTP password to access it.

  • Once you are logged into the control panel then you will go to the Mail Administration Icon.
  • A new window will open so make sure Your Pop-Up Blocker will allow it.

  • When the Mail administration page comes up, it will be the Today page of the Mailadmin email account.
  • To access the Spam filter, go to the Settings button at the top of the screen.  Then Go to the My Spam Filtering.

  • When you get to the My Spam Filtering page you will want to go the Trusted Senders tab.
  • Under the trusted Senders tab you will see an empty field.  There you are going to enter each domain name or the email address.

  • Once you have all of the Domain names or Email Addresses that you desire in the Field then you will click the Save link in the upper left corner.
  • Now you will receive every email from the that domain name or email address no matter what.
