The following tutorial describes how to
configure Outlook Express
to receive Email from one or more of your configured mailboxes.
- Open Outlook Express by clicking Start -> All Programs ->
Outlook Express
- Once Outlook Express is loaded, Click Tools -> Accounts
- You will want to put your Display name in the next window.
- Input the Email address that the account is for.
- In the next window you will select POP3 in the drop down
box at the top.
- Next you will input the Incoming Mail Server,
pop3.siteserver.net.
- Next you will Input the Outgoing Mail Server,
smtp.siteserver.net.
- In the next window input your Account Name and then
the password that you want to have.
- Click Next

- On the next window it will say that you are done so all you have to
do is hit Finish.
- Lastly You will want to go back to the Accounts page,
And go to
Properties.

- Once in the Properties Window, you will want to go to
the Advanced tab.
- Here you will want to go to the Outgoing Mail server
and change the port to 587.
- After you change the Port for the Outgoing Mail server you will next go
to the Servers Tab
- Click the check box that says My server requires authentication,
after that click on the Settings button and make sure that
the Use same settings as my incoming mail server is
checked.
- Click Ok to complete this all and go to the Main page
and receive Email.
