Issue: Phone System Migration / Messaging Upgrade
Description: Between Friday, April 19th and Monday, April 22nd, our phone services will be unstable as we migrate to a new phone system. Please be advised that all extensions have changed. We recommend that you contact your representative via Email for their new extension, or simply utilize the Company directory after April 23rd.
This system will allow us to serve our customers in a much more efficient manner. As part of this upgrade, we are also integrating our voice and Email technical support. Trouble tickets filed between the dates listed above will have a slightly longer response time while this upgrade is performed. |
